Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, Mikhail brings a global and interdisciplinary perspective to his work.

Björn Noreik is the founder of BNB, a consulting and training company based in Bad Nauheim, Germany. With over 20 years of experience in process improvement, quality statistics and data-driven decision-making, Björn is passionate about helping teams unlock the power of their data. He is a Minitab Certified Trainer and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, specializing in applying statistical tools and quality management methods across industries such as automotive, semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.
