Helmut Fuchs is the founder of Fuchs & Consorten Unternehmenberatung and Six Sigma College. As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt® and ASQ®-certified trainer he has more than 20 years of experience in process optimization and executive consulting.  The team has a large-scale of Six Sigma deployments across industries and countries, achieving multimillion-euro savings and building sustainable process excellence structures for international corporations. The Team combines strategic leadership with hands-on project success.

With over 22 years of experience in service life, reliability, and standardisation (ISO/VDMA/VDI), and more than 12 years of expertise in Six Sigma, Thomas Rittler is a seasoned professional in the field. His key areas include service life analysis, process improvement, energy efficiency, and the standardisation of technical requirements. As a certified Reliability Black Belt and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he is also an active member of the European Six Sigma Club Germany (ESSC-D), with a focus on the integration of Six Sigma and Industry 4.0. Additionally, he served as a lecturer in quality and reliability at Esslingen University for nine semesters.
